Bua: In my opinion, Desert Lotus is the best Thai restaurant in Abu Dhabi! This painting was inspired by its owner, Bua, who has great affection for peacocks and the color purple.

Dressed in layered textures and traditional hints of Thai opulence, Bua stands proud, observant, and vibrant. The peacock is often a symbol of beauty, dignity, and pride—all qualities that reflect not only the restaurant itself, but also the warmth and grace of its owner.
